Moorhead, MN – In June 2012, Absolute Marketing Group sent Creative Director, Mark Huesman, and Interactive Director, Luke Petterson, to The Certified Agency Operations Daily Workflow and Efficiency Seminar in Chicago, Illinois. There, the two directors learned how to improve overall agency management. The seminar covered topics from workflow efficiency to smarter estimating and billing practices to aggressive collecting and account management.
Following the seminar motto: “From initial input to final production,” the last three months at Absolute Marketing Group have been dedicated to integrating many of the practices learned through the efficiency seminar. In August, both Huesman and Petterson passed their exams and are now Certified Agency Operations Managers.
Over the past year, the Absolute team researched and implemented new project management software and documented daily protocol to increase agency output. Today, the team of creatives, developers, managers, buyers, coordinators and interns are more effective than ever in their daily marketing workflow and account management procedures.
