To make a support request you must use our ticketing system. Absolute offers technical support related to web hosting services (and not the website itself) as per our Service Level Agreement at no hourly charge.
- Send an email to email@example.com with a detailed description of the issue or request along with your contact information
You will receive email replies to any support ticket you create as we look into the reported issue and update the ticket status.
Our web knowledge base contains many frequently asked questions and articles for common web hosting and website issues.
We offer technical support for websites that we develop and maintain for our clients. This type of tech support may incur hourly charges depending on the maintenance agreement in place for the website in question. If you have any questions about billing for website support please contact your Account Manager.
