Create a Support Ticket
To make a support request you must use our ticketing system. You have two options to create a ticket:
- Send an email to email@example.com with a detailed description of the issue or request along with your contact information
- Or fill out our Support Ticket Form
Check Ticket Status
You will receive email replies to any support ticket you create as we look into the reported issue and update the ticket status. You can also check the status of any tickets.

Web Hosting Support
Absolute offers technical support related to web hosting services (and not the website itself) as per our Service Level Agreement at no hourly charge.
We offer technical support for websites that we develop and maintain for our clients. This type of tech support may incur hourly charges depending on the maintenance agreement in place for the website in question. If you have any questions about billing for website support please contact your Account Manager.
